How We Share Your Information
We share your personal information under these circumstances:
To government or law enforcement officials or private parties as appropriate to protect our and public property, rights, and safety; (ii) to respond to subpoenas, claims, and legal actions; and (iii) to hinder or stop unethical, illegal, or legally actionable activity, in our sole discretion. Ampl is required to abide and assist government and law enforcement officials or private parties in compliance with the law.
In a manner that doesn’t identify you individually in aggregate form regarding how our users use Ampl.
Cookies, Storage, and Tracking
Cookies and HTML5 local storage keep information about your use of Internet services on your mobile device or computer.
Typically web browsers give you the option to turn off cookies and HTML5 local storage, or to require your approval before using them to keep information. If you turn off or disallow cookies or HTML5 local storage, Ampl may not work as intended.
Ampl also uses web beacons in advertisements to allow Ampl and its advertising partners to see how users view and engage with advertisements. Depending on your operating system’s advertising preferences, Ampl may share your Advertising ID with advertising partners. In such instance, your Advertising ID is de-identified and not paired with your name or email address.
Certain browsers make it possible for you to create Do-Not-Track requests, signals that you don’t want your Internet browsing activity to be tracked. There is no consensus on how to best honor these signals among the tech community, and we are not legally required to respond to these signals, so we don’t respond to Do-Not-Track requests at this time.
